Six words, used the same way on every VSIM page.
Who can use VSIM?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy anything on VSIM.
By creating an account, topping up or buying a number, you accept these terms and the Refund Policy.
Adults only. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What are you responsible for in your account?
Keep your password private. Everything done from your account counts as done by you.
You can ask us to delete your account, or to send you a copy of your data, by opening a ticket. A person handles it. Because the balance cannot be withdrawn, spend it before you ask for deletion.
Protect your password. Ask by ticket for your data or for deletion.
Part BMoney
How do payments and the balance work?
Top-ups are paid in crypto through Heleket or NOWPayments, from $1.00. Your balance is kept in US dollars.
The balance is for spending on VSIM. It cannot be withdrawn, sent to a wallet or exchanged for cash.
If a top-up does not reach your balance, open a ticket with the gateway, the amount and the transaction ID. We credit it once the gateway confirms the payment.
When an order qualifies for a refund, the money goes back to your balance. The Refund Policy lists every case.
Crypto in, US dollars inside, nothing out.
Part CNumbers
How do one-time numbers work?
A one-time number receives SMS codes for a single order. The price is held from your balance when the number appears.
The supplier keeps the number open for about 15 minutes in our tests, never more than 20. If no SMS arrives in that time, or you cancel before one arrives, the price returns to your balance.
When the order ends, the number is no longer yours. It may later be given to someone else, so do not use it for an account you will need to sign in to again.
Some apps refuse virtual numbers. If a code arrives but the app refuses the number, report it on the order page. A person reviews the report; a refund is not automatic.
One number, one order, about 15 minutes. No SMS means no charge.
How do permanent numbers work?
A permanent number is a US Google Voice number delivered with the Google account it lives in. You pay once; VSIM charges no monthly or renewal fee.
Always sign in to Google Voice from a US IP address. A US virtual server with a fixed IP is the safest choice. Google is very sensitive to location, and a lock caused by a sign-in from outside the US cannot be fixed or refunded. Google's own rules are in the Google Voice Help Center.
After delivery, change the password and add your own 2-step verification. From then on the account is in your hands.
You can report a fault for 30 days after delivery. A person checks every report, and a confirmed fault is refunded to your balance. From day 31 there is no refund.
Google can ask for extra checks or close an account under its own rules. VSIM does not control Google's decisions.
Paid once. Always open Google Voice from a US IP. 30 days to report a fault.
Part DConduct and limits

- We look againA person checks what happened.
- Account backIf it was our mistake, or once you fix the problem.
Misuse can close an account. You can always ask us to look again.
What does VSIM not promise?
We do not promise that a code will arrive, or that an app will accept a number. Delivery depends on the app, the country and the carrier.
Stock and prices change during the day because they come from our suppliers. The price you see when you press Buy is the price you pay.
Delivery rates on the site describe recent orders. They help you choose; they are not a promise for your next order.
We sell a chance at a code, priced and measured in the open.
How far does our responsibility go?
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for that order, returned to your balance as described in the Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for what third-party apps, Google or carriers do with the accounts you create.
At most, the price of the order in question.
Part EThe fine print
