VSIM login is the e-mail and password sign-in at vsim.co/login that opens a VSIM account: the prepaid balance, one-time SMS verification orders, permanent US numbers and support tickets. It needs no phone number, and the same e-mail is the only way to reset the password.

Can you tell the real VSIM sign-in from a copy?
A copied sign-in page is the easiest way to lose a balance. Judge each address bar, then see why. The real one never changes: vsim.co, nothing before it, nothing glued after it.
Real. The real one. The name right before the first single slash is vsim.co, and the padlock belongs to it.
Fake. The site is account-verify.help. Everything before it, including "vsim.co.", is a label its owner chose.
Fake. An l in place of the i. In many fonts the two look the same; type vsim.co yourself or use a bookmark.
Fake. A hyphen instead of a dot makes a different site. VSIM has one address and no separate support domain.

How do I sign in to VSIM?
Signing in
Open vsim.co/login, type the e-mail and password of your account and press Sign in. You land on your account, or back on the page you were opening when VSIM asked you to sign in.
Do I need a phone number to sign in?
Signing in
No. A VSIM account is an e-mail address and a password. VSIM never asks for your own phone number, an SMS code or an ID to sign in.
Where does VSIM take me after I sign in?
Signing in
If you were on your way to an account page, such as confirming an order, you return to that exact page. In every other case you land on your account overview.
Can I sign in with Google or Telegram?
Signing in
Not at the moment. E-mail and password are the only way in, which is why a password you use nowhere else matters.
How do I reset my VSIM password?
Password
Open Forgot your password, type the e-mail of your account and open the link VSIM sends. The link works once and for one hour. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters and you are signed in straight away.
Why did the reset e-mail not arrive?

It goes only to an e-mail that has an account, from noreply@vsim.co. Look in Spam and Promotions, check the spelling of the address and ask again; the newest link is the only one that works.
Is my balance safe if I forget my password?

Yes. The balance and orders belong to the account, not to the password. After a reset everything is where you left it.
Why does VSIM show a picture to type?

After three wrong passwords from one connection within 15 minutes, VSIM adds a five-character picture to slow down programs that guess passwords. A wrong picture answer is not counted as a wrong password.
How long does a sign-in lock last?
Security
Fifteen minutes. Five wrong passwords for one e-mail from one connection start it, and it lifts 15 minutes after the first of those five. Resetting the password is usually faster.
Does VSIM have two-step verification?
Security
Not yet. Sign-in is protected by the picture challenge, the 15-minute lock and one-way password hashing, so use a password that is unique to VSIM.
How long do I stay signed in?
Account
With Keep me signed in ticked, this browser stays signed in for 30 days, even after it is closed. Untick it and closing the browser signs you out. Sign out at the top of any page ends it at once, and changing the password signs out every browser.
Can I sign in with my account from the old VSIM site?

Yes. Use the same e-mail and password as before. On the first sign-in VSIM moves the old password record to stronger protection; nothing changes for you.
